What you will need:

• Computer with internet access and scanner/printer
• General Liability Insurance and E&O coverage
• Inspector Certifications (mold, radon, septic, etc)
• Current licenses held (such as General Contractor license)
• Must be current company (LLC or Inc)
• Complete Home Inspection Professionals – H.I.P. business partnership agreement
• Complete Home Inspection Professionals – H.I.P. introduction (takes approximately 30 minutes)
